Reservations

The Harbor View Motel is open May 1 through November 30.
Reservations are accepted for the following year beginning on January 2.

Check for availability and make reservations by calling 231-448-2201.

During our open season, you can expect a call back within 12 hours.
During the off season, expect a call back within 24 hours.

Policies

  • 50% deposit required at the time of reservation
  • Full amount of rental charged at time of check-in. No refunds for early departure unless unit/room can be re-rented
  • A 3% credit card fee will be included at the time of deposit and at check in
  • Cancellation policy
    • 30-day notice required for full refund
    • If after 30 days, deposit is refunded only if unit/room can be re-rented
  • Rates subject to Michigan 6% sales tax
  • Rates subject to change without notice
  • For the Condominiums, a 2-night minimum stay is required
    For Motel Rooms, during the months of July, August, and early September, a 2-night minimum is required on weekends
  • Sorry, no pets
  • All major credit cards accepted

Condominiums Rates:

$240 per night, a 2-night minimum stay is required.
$1,440 Weekly (7-night stay)
A 3% credit card fee will be included at the time of deposit and at check in.

Condominiums #1- #8: Special Spring Rates (May 1- June 12) and Special Fall Rates (Sept. 16 - Nov. 30) $194 per night.

Motel Rooms Rates:

$150 per night, for 2 guests and $10 for each additional guest. There is a 2-night minimum stay on the weekends during July, August, through mid-September.
A 3% credit card fee will be added at the time of the deposit and at check in.

Motel Rooms #10 -#15: Special Fall Rates (Sept. 16 – Oct. 31), $130 per night. Nov. 1- 30, $120 per night.

Check In/Check Out

Guests may check in at the main office. Rooms should be ready by 3:00pm each day depending on the amount of turnout. Sometimes when we have a big turnover, it could be a bit later.

Check out time is 10:00 am. Please connect with the on-site manager either the evening before your departure or early in the morning.
